WELLINGTON, Last Niglifc. When the Conciliation Council, considering the New Zealand Harbour Board employees' dispute, lesumed its 6itting this afternoon, a statement was issued by Mr Gardiner, on behalf of the employers, denying the suggestion made by the union representatives that employers were- stoile-walJing. The employers^ assessors felt that the present proceedings should be adjourned and, iu the meantime that arrangements should be made for a discussion at each port between representatives of the employers and tbe employees, with' the objeet of setting out m full detail an agreed upon sehedule of conditions of work and other matters relevant to tho dispute, this to forrn a basis of a separate sehedule for each port, and to be jueluded in' a composite agreement.
