WHANGAREI, Last Night. Since being driven ashore on the Marsden Point beach during the gale on May 15, repeated efforts to refloat the scow Haere were successful early this morning and this afternoon she left for Parengarenga under the command of Gaptain E. Norton to load sand for Auckland. The scow, which is owned by Winstone, Limited, of Auckland, presented considerable difficulty in refloating Owing to the fact that she was driven ashore during a spring tide and a fierce following wind.
