Dates Approved Dates for forthcoming golf tournamenta were confirmed as follow at the monthly meeting of the Council of the New Zealand Golf Association held in Wellington this week: Takapau Golf Club, annual tournament, July 22, 23 and 24; Hastings Golf Club, annual tournament, Angust 26, 27 and 28; Rotorua Golf Club, open amateur haildicap tournament, August 24, 25, 26 and 27; Rotorua veterans* tournament, Angust 30 and 31 and Scptember 1, 2 and 3; Waipawa Golf Club, annual tournament, August 7 and 8; Napier Golf Club, Hawke's Bay aitiatcur championship tournament, Sftptembef 7 to 10; New Zealand championship meeting, Hamilton, Septembct 30 lo Oetober 8; Waipukurau Golf Club, annual tournament, September 2, 3 and 4; Wairoa Golf Club, annual- tournameiit, September'1 25, 26 and 27; Ma- ! raenui Golf Club, Napier, annual tour- , nament, Octobcr 23, and 25. ^ j j
