MURDER AND AD VENTURE. . ,''Mr Dynamite, ' > by the author of The Thin Manf" is coming to-nigbt to the Btate Theatre. This murder mystery, written dn Dashiell Hammett's inimitable brisk style, stars Edmund Lowe. Lowe enacts the role of "Dynamite," a detective who is T.N.T. to the police, and who solves three baffling murders in an amazing fashion. Featured in the cast are Jean Dixon, noted Broadway comedienne, Verna • Hillie, talented screen newcomer, Victor Varconi, Esther Ralston and a host of otliers. The picture was directed by Alan Crosland. It is a Universal feature. 1 ' Park , Avenuo Logger," George O'Brien's latest outdoor picture, is the sccond feature at the State Theatre. Supported by such able players as Beatrice Roberts, Bert Hanlon, Gertrude Short, Wiilard Robertson and Ward Bond, George O'Brien is cast in the role of a sooial lion who is employed in the New York office of his father, a wealthy lumber magnate.
