Japan Friendly to Proposal . LONDON, June 8. _ Th© principal delegates at the Imperial Conference this morning completed their discussion of Mr. Lyons Pacific l'act project, during which Mr. Lyons informed the conference that he was discussing the plan with Mr. Yoshida the Japanese Ambassador, in the afternoon. It is understood that diplomatic chatinels are now formulating proposals, on the completion of which lurther interchanges of views betweeu EngJand and Dominions will follow, before definite approaches are made to the Pacific Powers. which Is unlikely to bc until well after the termination of the conference Mr. Yoshida and Mr. LVons diseussed tho Pacific Pact. Mr. Yoshida indicated that Japan was very friendly disposed to it. 0
