Trans-Pacific Route Planned EARLY START HOPED LONDON, June 8. There is every hope as a resiilt of the Imperial Conference discugsions that an early start will be made with ,the trans-Pacific air service. It is understood that the route tentat-ively is Vancouver, Honolulu (subject to America's approval), .Christmas Island, Hull Island in the Phoenix Group, Fiji, New Caledonia, Brisbane and Sydney,( The service. will initially be confined to mails. With its inauguration prececled by the opening of the transTasman Empire route witli flying boats, it is gathered that there is a likelihoocl of an Empire trans-Pacific weekly service operating without the Pan-Arueri-can service.
