A cyclonic storm which New South YVales has experienced for tbe past five days resulted in flood conditions in North Coast rivers. Flood warnings have been issued. Gales and mountainous seas are f*ported all along the coast, and ship ping has been delayed. Air services are disorganised and in some cases havr been abandoned. Sydney'B rainfall fcotalled four inches.
