N.Z. Appoint Representative (By Teleeraph— Preu Associatlon.J WELLINGTON, Last Night. The appointment of Mr. F. S. Arthur, of Dunedin, as New Zealand represenjtative on the International Wool Pub[licity and Researeh Secretariat in jLondon was announced by the chairman |of the New Zealand Wool Publicity ^ommittee, Mr. H. M. Christie, M.P., jat the conclusion this evening of a meeting of the committee at Parliament House. The committee met specially to dcal withithe applications for the position and to interview the eandidates seleeted for final consideration. Mr. .Arthur, who is to take up his new duties ,as soon as ppssible, is manager of the wool, skins and produce export department of Dalgety and Co., Ltd., at Dunedin. He is 36 years of age.
