WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Acting-Minister of Customs (the Hon. Mark Fagan) s.tated to-day that he had had numerous inquiries from booksellers as to whether the American edition of the book, "Goronation Commentary," by Geoffrey Dennis, which has beeu banned in England, could be admitted to this country. Mr Fagan said that he could see feothing in , the book which would warxant its exelusion from circulation and sale in New Zealand, and therefore he has decided to allow the edition to be^ imported.
