NEW YOEK, June 3. The New York Boxing Commission flhed Braddock 1000 dollais and suapended him for failure to appeaT for weighing-in for his fight with Schmeling to-night, and declared that any fighter who engaged Braddock also .would be suspended. The Illinois Boxing Commission 's co.operation has been asked, but it is not considered likcly that the latter will interfere in the Braddock-Louis contest on June 22. Braddoek's 5000-dollar posted guarantee that he would meet Schmeling was divided between Schmeling, who was ready to-day, and Madison Square Garden. Schmeling, who faithfully underwent a month's training here, bitterly proteeted at the inadequacy of the Commission 's action. He had demanded that Ihe title be vacated and himself declared the premier challenger. "Now it only means that, if Louis wins, he will be champion."
