Junior Rugby Representative Trial 13 POINTS TO 12 Junior teams representxng Hastings and Napier met> in a representative trial match played on Nelson Park, Hstings, yesterday aftOTOoon, The game was arranged to assist the, selectors in their final choice of the Hawke's Bay junior representative team to play the Wairarapa junior team at Masterton on Wednesday. Napier were the winners, the final score heing : NaPier 13, Hastings 12. - Both. teams were evenly matched. The play tbroughout was even, and at times fast, but it was not in any way spectaeular. • Hastings's defence was good, and at half-time they were well in the lead, the score being: Hastings 9, Napier 5. By the end of the match, however, Napier had made good their losses and gained an advantage of one point.
