EUGBY, June 1. The Prime Minister announced in the Commons that, as there Would not be time in the present session for the passage of a lengthy and complicated measure, the Governmont had decided uot to introduee a Bill giving cffect to either proposals for tho unification^ of coal royalties, but to save time after the measure is passed next session, they inteud to proeeed now with a Bill providing for the collection and registration of particulars of the units *of separate ownership of coal and associated rights and of i«parate existing worlcing lcascs.
