The Valuatio'n Eoll of the rateabJe property of the Board in that part of the Napier Harbour Eating District forming part of the East Taupo County as aforesaid is open for the inspection of all persons interested therein at the offices of the Hawke's Bay County Councii at Napier during the ordinary business hours of that County Councii at which place the rate shall be payable, the said County Councii being the agent of the Board in the matter..
