Wharf Demolished After serving shipping in Gisborne for many years and then lying idle after the construction of the dividing wall in tlie harbour, the old town wbarf lias now been completely demolished. Harhour Board workmen have been engaged recently on breaking down the last section of this wharf, and tke final pile came out on Tuesday, Yesterday the men were busy salyaging what sound timber remained and this will be used elsewhere. — Gisborne
