Whole of Eastern Spain (Beceived June 2, .45 a.m.) LONDON ,May 31. The Morning Post's diplomatic correspondent poiuts out that Italy and Germany 's withdrawal from the controi scheme leaves the whole of eastern Spain freo from supervision, greatly favouring the Valencia and Catalan Governments to whose ports ships can now proceed without hindrance. A Paris inessage says that owing to rumours of activities of French warships an pfficial communique aunounces that only normal movements are being carried on.
