CHEESE BALLfci: Ingredients: 2 oz. grated eheese, l oz. butter, pepper, 4 oz. breadcrumbs, 2' oz. linely-miueed ham, .1 beaten ogg, batter. Method: Mix tho checse arid butlor together and season with pepper, and the brehdcrumbs . and ham and moigten with beaten egg. Mould ihto little balls, coat with batter and fry to a niee brown. «
