"WELLINGTON, Last Night, The litigation between Walter Smarl. pawnbroker, of Wellington, and Artkur Edmond Preston, Junr., over the unnamed Captain Bunsby gelding sold to plaintiff by defendant was continued in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Smith. Decision was reserved.
