Guild Effort Realises £50' The Coronation entertainmenfc staged by the Hastings Townswomen's Guild in the Municipal Theatre on Monday, May 24, was not only a triumph of pageantry, but also a fxnancial euece'ss, resulting in a profit of £ 20 10/10. Thanks is due to the following for assistance: Hastings Borough Couneil and H.B. Amusements Ltd., theatre; Mr Allan Tong, theatre management; Messrs Eail's, Ltd., box plan; Messrs Stickland and Bryant, tickets; baekstage hands, £1; firemen and Mr Young, refund of earnings; and Messrs Beil's,, C. R. Stevens and Sons, and Westerman's, Ltd., use of staging. The collection taken after the former performance netted £29 9/2, thus bringing the total amount raised by the Hastings Townswomen's Guild for the King George V. Nabional Momorial Fund to the creditablo suin of £50. _
