FLYING-BOAT RECORD
Claim By Italian Aviator (Received 29, 12, '30 p.m.) ROME, May 28. The airman Mario Stoppani, with three companions, claims a world record for flying boats. He averaged 308,244 miles an hour over 5000 kilometres.
