Miss Joan Hartland has returned to •Waipukurau ai'ter spending a holiday in Auckland. Mr? J- Mclntosh, Waipawa, has returned from a visit to' Taihape. ' Mrs E. Gill, of Remuera, Auckland, is spending a sliort holiday with her daughter, Mrs 6. F. Hartland, Waipukurau. Mr William Hyslop pnd his daughters, Riith and Margaret, as well 'as his mbther, 'Mrs N. Hyslop, and Mr Jack Hyslop, of Hastings, sail by the Mariposa from Auckland to spend the winter in Honolulu. Miss Joan Evans, who has been staying with her aunt, Mrs.J. Rlair, Gisbqrpe, is npw the guest of Mrs H. Y. Moadley, Pakowhai road, Hastings. Sbe saals on June 18 on a visit to Ehglahd; Miss Audrey Drummond is visiting Waipawa for the annual dance held by Central Hawke's Bay branch of the Solway Old Girls' Association, and is the guest of Miss Mary Hudson, Argyll East.
