HARRIER RACING
Inter-Club Race — Napier v. Hastings To-morrow the Hastings Harrier Club will meet the- Napier club in the first inter-club tussle of the season. An interesting race is assured, and while the Hastings team is confident of victory there will be strong opposition from the opponents, and fhere. are sure to be some surprises. The event will be contested over two laps of the championship course, 6J miles, beginning from the Hastings j racecourse at 2.30 p.m. A comprehen- | sive view of the start and finish of { 'the race is obtainable and all interest- : ed in the sport are cordially invited to i attend. ! Arrangements have been made to • hold a separate run for the junior pack which will also begin from the Hastings raceocurse. Mr I. Snaddon will be in charge. }
