It ia the opinion in American oircles, however, that the absence of Quist would be a blow which mjght cost Austrilia their ehance of winning the cup, A foot-fault eommittee has been appointed to watch all players during practico and warn them if they are violating the rhlo. Mr Sproule told the Australian Associated Press that he believod the foot-fhult problem would not arise this year.
