Christchurch Board's Big Plan

CHRISTCHUDCH, Last Night. The building of a subsidiary hospital away from the present public hospital and additions to the nurses' home were decided on by the North Canterbury Hospital Board to-day. Plans are to be prepared immediately, but it is expected that it will be two years before the projeet will he completed. These decisions represent the first step in the re-organisation of the present hospital facilities, on which between £200,000 and £300,000 will be spent in the next eight or nine years. Aecommodation for a further 250 unrses will be provided for in the additions to the nurses' hoino.
