Tke story deals witk an insane submarine commander, , who is jealous of. kis wife. When tke commander finds tkat oue of his lieutenants kas fallen in love with his wife, ko deliberately involves the submarine in a crash with anothet: vessel. In the cripple submarine, lying on the ocean fioor, ensues the most dramatic action of the picture. "When You're in Love", with Grace Moore and Gary Grant, is to screen at the Regent on Saturday. Tkis new musical is the finest that has ever been made of Miss Moore, and gives her ample opportunity of displaying ker undoubted vocal and histrionic ability.
