Workman Sufiers Broken Pelvis

AUCKLAND, Last Night, A fracture of the pelvis was suifei'ecl by Harry Thompson, aged 45, married, of Papatoetoe, when he was pinned in an open trench by a' fall of earth. Mr. Thompson was caught by a fall and was buried up to the waist and a 12ft. length of concrete pinned him in a stooping position. He was dug clear 'after being pinned under a great weight 'of material for about 20 minutes.
