The Proviucial Governor inspected the house and found overytliing in. readiness. The Daily Mail's Tours eorresponclent states that the oflicial fee for the Duke of Windsor 's wedding will be six francs. Ten francs is the normal civil marriage fee in France, but an automatic reduction of four francs accompanied the special dispensation by which the wedding will be percnitted without the puhlication of banns.
