Allgemeine Zeitung pays unusua! attenbion to the Dominions in an editorial entitled "A Word to the Empire Gonference, " which it is considered repreBents the Nazi opinion. It etates that if England and Germany drift apart, the end must be war. The Dominions should realise that attempts to undo Germany 's efforts to live a continental Rower will not lead to tranquility in Europe. It would be against Empire policy if Britain followed this path. A Western pact would be possible to-morrow" if England used her influence to remove the injurious repercuss'ions of the FranCO-Soviet pact. The Dominions would be thankful for this, but Would be uhsympathetic if Britain served up the possibilities of conflict. "Britain 's inablity to understand Germany and her efforts to persuade the Dominions to share her unreasonable pre judices is the cause of the trouble, ; ' the article concludes.
