Action to be Completed In Hastings A libel action set down for lieariug this morning in the Napier "Magistrate's Court was adjourned until June 18, and the case will now he completed at Hastings. Harold Kay, of Napier, Jabourer, represented by Mr' S. H. Morrison, is claiming £10 from Cliarles Jennings, of Hastings, labourer, for alleged libel in connection with a recenf meeting at Hastings of the Hawke's Bay General Labourers' IJnion. Mr W. Selwyn Averill appeared in defence. It is expected that the hearing of the case, in which more than a dozen wit- . nesses ■will be called, will occupy thp major portion of the day.
