Young Germans Develop Spinal Weakness HEAVY BOOTS THE CAUSE

(By Telegrraph-

(Received 24, 1.0 p.m.) LONDON, May 23. The Daily Telegraph's Berlin eorre spondent states that over 50 per cent of young Germans have abnormal feet, which is the chief cause of spinal weakness, owing to the heavy topboots worn by Nazi GuardSj Stormtroopers, Labour Corps and Hitler Youth. Professor Scheade, a foot specialist, attributes these developments to wearing heavily-nailed boots at a - very early age and marcliing on hard roads. "If the imminent danger of a further deeline in health is to be averted, Hitler Youths must give up heavy boots," he states, "even if this involves the abandonment of prevalent ideas regarding the militarisation of German boys."
