AWATEA'S RECORD
Strenuous Season On Tasman Trip (Received 24, 1.0 p.m.) ' SYDNEY, May 24. The Awatea entered dock during the week-end for an overhaul which will occupy nine weeks, after the most strenuous season that a British vessel has ever undertaken. Since September 15 of last year the Awatea has made 62 Tasman crossings and has covered 82,440 miles and carried approximately 25,000 passengers.
