Five-minute Silence Observed CEREMONY BR0ADCAST

(Reeeived 22, l.o p-m.) BERLIN, May 21. A solemn ceremony took place in the torch-lighted' hall at Cuxhaven in remembrance of the victims of the Hindenburg disaster. Twenty-five cofiins were landed trom the Europa at Hamburg while the flags of all the ships in the harbour were flown at half-mast. Captain Ernest Lehmann's coffin arrived in the everuing. The ceremony was broadcast throughout Germany after which five-minutes silence was observed. An earlier message stated that fifteen survivors of the German Zeppelin Hindenburg, which exploded and crashed at Lakehurst with the loss of 35 lives. stood giving the Naai ealute on
the deck of the liner Europa, when the coffin of the commander, Captain Lehniann, was landed at Plymouth for conveyance to Cuxhaven in a Lufthansa air-liner, the cabin of which was transformed.
