FLYING SKIER. At Engadine, Switzerland,. a new form of winter pastime has been invented, namely, a sport combining ski-ing and flying. The skier puts his head and shoulders through a contraption resembling aeroplane wings, made of light weight bamboo and paper, which makes Jumping from heights easier.
