Minister Promises To Investigate The loss of land suffered by setUerb due to the erosion caused by the Esk river in the Eskdale district wai) brought before the notice of tho Hon. W. E. Parry, Minister of Internal Affairs, by Mr. C. C. Smith in Napier yesterday. The Minister agreed to inspeet the locality to sea what teteps ■ could he taken to remedy tho troublc.
