Motor-Collision Case a verdict in favour of tlie plahitifl for damages amounting to £210 12/vitli cosxjS was tecuined by the july at, the conolhsion of the liearing of a claim brouglit by Solomon Pohia, 0f Bay View (Mr c. w. Nash), against Lonis Drummond Cooper, of Gisborne (Mr l. t i Burnnard), in tlio Suprenie Court at Napier yesterday. rriio jury rotired at 1.35 p.m., returning at 5.20 witb a verdict for £110 12/-, spoeial aitd £100 general dauiages, with costs. mf Nash immediatcly moved for judgment for the plaintiff, and this was granted. The claim, which bad oocupied the Court the whdle day, arose but of injurieg suffered by plaintiff whon defendant's car struck bis ftiotor-cycle on the Tangoio Hill. The Cliief Jubtice, Sir Michael Myers, preglded.
