Rimu To Replace White Pine (By Telegraph— Pres» Aaaociation.) AUCKLAND, Last Night. An indication that before long rimu butter boxes would be introduced to replace the present white pine containera for export was given by the Hon. Lee Martin, Minister of Marketing, in. answering a criticism about the price oi boxes expressed at the annual conference of the Auckland provincial branch of the New Zealand Farmers ' Union. I'he Minister said that the past year's operations had proved a valuable experiment and less difficulty in the industry was anticipated this season when cheaper boxes would be available. Already preparations were being made to provide timber and proper facilities fo.r manufacturing boxes in the incoming season. "The boxes will be very much cheaper than they have been," he added, "as we are seeking to have them manufacturd continuoualy throughout the year eo that there will always be a plentiful supply when it is r'equired. ' '
