NAPIER DEBT CASES

Judgment for plaintiffs by default of defendants was given by Mr. J. Miller, S.M., in the following civil actions at the Napier Magistrate's Court yesterday: — The Olly White Sports Depot, Ltd., v. Leppar £8 4/3 and 15/6 costs forthwith, in default nine days' imprxsqnment at the Napier gaol, the warrant xo be suspended as Jong as defendant pays 10/- a week.
