NAPIER DEBT CASES
Judgment for plaintiffs by default of defendants was given by Mr. J. Miller, S.M., in the following civil actions at the Napier Magistrate's Court yesterday: — The Olly White Sports Depot, Ltd., v. Jolm McICenzie, £9, costs £2 0/6;: E. Laws v. H. N. Lambert, £5 5/-, costs £1- 14/6; H.B. Motor Co., Ltd., v. T. G. Wdldermoth, 13/-, costs 8/-; same v. Archibald Cameron, £1 3/-, costs 8/-; Styles and Styles, Ltd., costs only, 9/-. On a judgment summons, A. Mapuki was ordered to pay A. J. Leppar £8 4/3 and 15/6 costs forthwith, in default nine days' imprxsqnment at the Napier gaol, the warrant xo be suspended as Jong as defendant pays 10/- a week.
