Empire Representatives Lay Wreaths
. (Received 17, 8.45 a.m.) RUGBY, May 16. Civil and miJitary repvesentatives of the Empire, who are in London for the Coronation celebrations, joined in laying wreaths on the Cenotaph in Whitehall to-day. Wreaths were aJso laid by the Suitans of Pabang, Treggann. Lahej and Shihr and Mukaila. and by the Tuan IMuda of Sarawak. Afterwards the colonial troops marched from Whitehall to the Colonial Office, where the Colonial Secrefnry, Mr Malcolm MacDonald, addresscd them. He spoke of the loyalt.v of their serviee to the King himself. Thev would caiT.v baclt with them a vivid seuse of tlie comprehensivenost and the variety of the British Empire
