Tbe Duke hknself gave tbe village earpenter at Enzesfeld bis instruetxons, complete with a drawing and measure* ments. Tbe puppy is a Cairn, like the Duke's famous dog Slipper, which be bas brougbt to Austria from England. Slipper is enjoying life. Last week tbe Duke bad him plucked in readiness for tbe spring weather.
