CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. A rate of .12854 in the pound, on the capital value, will be levied by theChristchurch Tramway Board to cover a,n estimated deficiency of £19,000 for the 1937-38 finaneial year. This total is approximately £4000 lower than the .figure rated fo£ in 1936-373 ,
