AUCKLAND, This Day. For the third time within two years, safe-breakers raided ihe New Lynn Borough Coxxncil office last night. They blew open the safe, but had they taken the tx'oubl© to examine it they woxxld have found it ixnlocked. It coxxtaiued nothing but a few papers of no value. A year ago burglars blew open a strongroom door and got a. hailji of* £69 in cash.
