King Confers Decoration on Mrs. Lyons (Eeceived ,14, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, May 13. A charming gesture By tlxe King will enable Mrs J. A. Lyons to be Dame Enid to-night, thus allowing her to wear her decoration at the State banquet. The King summoned her to the Palace in the afternoon when he persnnally oonferred the decoration of G.B.E.
