Russell, of Hatuma, was unammously re-eleeted cbairmtoof tbe Central Hawke's Bay Electrie Power Board at tbe annual meeting in Waipukurau this morning. In supporting bis re-election, various members paid a trxbute to him for his Tesourcefulness and energy in carrying out tbe policy of tne board so successfully. Tbe motion was moved by Mr. F. J. Witberow and seconded by Mr. J, A, Kerr. . Li thanking tbe board for its contjnued confidence jn him, Mr. Russell assured members tbat be would com tinue to_ do his best for electricity consume'rs in tbe boayd's wide 'area. Mr, W. H. Ratbbone was re-elected deputy-cbairman.
