WELLINGTON, Last Night. A complimentary shootiug liccnse offcrcd by the council of the Wellington Accllmatisation Society to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Hon. W. E. Parry, has been returnetl. by. the Minister, who stated he would not lilie to take advautage of fellow sportsmen by accepting a free license in view of the necessity for a supremo effort by all societies and sportsmen to plaee sport on a healthy basis.
