Mead, who previoUBly has won the deoision over Slomfleld, has a formidable record, including wins over Dick Shikat and AU Baba (two ex-world ehampions), Abe Coleman, Ed Don George, dim Londos, Paul Boesch, and "Strangler" Lewis. He is rough and tough and no more euitable opponent for Lofty is possible.
