SEA MONSTER EATS JAPANESE DIVER: PEARLERS IN PANIC
(Received 12, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 12. The Sydney Sun's Darwin correspondent says a mysterious sea monster is spreading terror among the crews of Japanese pearling luggers operating to Ihe north of the Echo Islands. It seized one diver on the sea-hed, devouring the xuan and his heavy -gear in one sudden attack.
