Insanity Verdict In Murder Charge

AUCKLAND, Last Night. A verdict of not guilty on the ground that the accused was insane at the time the crime was committed, was r»-, turned by the jury in the _ Supreme Court to-day in the case in which Johnny Toka, a Maori, aged 24, was charged with the murdex of his fatber at Patumahoe. The father was shot while the family were seated round a fire ip. a whare on the night of February 21.
