Making FuII Specd To Capctown (Received 11, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 10, The steamer Welcombe, en route to Eugland from Newcastle, New South Wales, with general catgo, is on firO iii number four hold. While trying to ke^p the fire in check by injeeting steam, the vessel is making full speed for Capetown. The Welcombe last yeir was sunk in a collision off Morida and was salvaged.
