A ROYAL MARRIAGE

Love Placed Before Prerogative (Received 11, 12.30 p.m.) STOOKHOLM, May 10. Prince Charles, a nephew of Prince Gustav, of Sweden, has joined the ranks of European princes who have placed love before royal prerogative. Prince Gustav announced at the Royal Council that he had granted permission to Prince Charles to marry Countess Elsa von Ex Roseu, daughter of the Court Master of Ceremonies, who is eeven years his senior. A letter from Prince Charles stated that he knew that contracting the marriage meant -the loss of rights of succession for himself and his children. Countess Rosen was formerly married, and dissolved the marriage in 1935.
