DUNEDIN, This Day. Mr V. G. Cavanagh reported to the Rugby Union last night that a dangerous practice was creeping into the game through the application of wrest- ! ling holds by many players. Someone would be seriously injured if the practice were allowed. He had noticed cases where players ufiing a legitiniate fend with their hands were suBjected to an arm-bar oi- the like. It was resolved that clubs and iei'erees be advised that the practice must bc stopped.
