TWENTY-FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY IN NAPER
Large bowls of chrysanthemums, autumn foliage and berries decorated the dining and drawing-rooms when Mr and Mrs R. "Norman, Roslyn road, Napier, entertained a number of friends at • a delightful party to celebrate the coming-of-age of their daughter, Dorothea. Mr and Mrs Normaii received their guests, the latter wearing a model gown of black chantilly lace. The guest-of-honour wore a sweet frock of lily-of-the-valley green georgette, beautifully smocked and worn over taffetas. A delicious savoury - supper was eerved, during which several toasts were honoured. Dancing was later i«dulged in. ' The guests were: — Mr and Mrs R. Norman, Mr and Mrs B. B.
